SERVICE TERMS
01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Storsko platform or utilizing our Vision-Language Model APIs, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.
02. License & Access
Subject to compliance with these terms, Storsko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our multimodal extraction tools for internal business operations. Reverse engineering of our weight architectures or extraction logic is strictly prohibited.
03. Compute Usage
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their API keys and account credentials. Excessive automated scraping or intentional system stress-testing without prior authorization is grounds for immediate suspension.
04. Proprietary Rights
Storsko retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying VLM architectures, computer vision algorithms, and platform codebase. Users retain ownership of the original content provided and the structured data output generated by the service.
05. Liability Limitation
Storsko provides its services "as is." While we strive for 100% extraction accuracy, AI-generated outputs should be reviewed for critical applications. Storsko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage.
06. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of platform resources. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall cease immediately.
